Penne Vodka
  • 1 jar tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or butter
  • 1/4 lb pancetta diced
  • 1/3 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Instructions:
  • melt butter, add pancetta saute over medium heat until light colored
  • add vodka and stir until evaporated
  • stir in tomato sauce and cream, simmer uncovered 8-10 minutes
  • season with salt and pepper
  • toss with macaroni
