Sausage, Spinach, and Tortellini Soup
  • half an onion diced + 2-3 links crumbled italian sausage-- cook together, then drain fat
  • add 2 cloves garlic and cook
  • add 6 cups broth (or 4 cups broth and 2 cups water) and bring to a boil
  • Add some italian spices here if you want
  • cook the tortellini per package (cheese tortellini)
  • At the end, toss in spinach, salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
