Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil, Divided
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 16 oz baby red potatoes, halved
  • 4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 24 oz Broccoli Florets
  • Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Lightly oil a baking sheet.
  • Whisk together olive oil (2 Tbsp), butter, honey, brown sugar, dijon, garlic, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
  • Place potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Top with chicken in a single layer, and brush each chicken breast with honey mixture. Use all the mixture.
  • Bake in oven until chicken is 165 (~25 minutes).
  • Add broccoli during last 15 minutes of cooking time, then broil for 2-3 minutes or until yummy.
