Stir Fry
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 package asian vegetables
  • handful of peanuts
  • 1 egg
  • any extra vegetables to taste (peas)
  • around 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • sesame oil, siracha to taste
  • Basmati rice
  • Instructions:
  • Cook rice following instructions on package
  • dice chicken
  • heat vegetable oil in wok
  • add chicken to hot oil. Be careful of splatter
  • Cook vegetables in microwave for 4 minutes
  • once chicken is brown, move to the side of the wok to continue cooking at lower heat
  • add vegetables to wok
  • add soy sauce, sesame oil, and siracha
  • make a hole for peanuts to cook in oil, add peanuts
  • make another hole, add egg. Let egg set for a minute then break up and mix into everything else
  • Serve over rice
